Childcare Services can be provided in the location of choice, whether it be at a room at
the reception location, which is ideal at a hotel reception. Our experience childcare providers offer premium childcare w a smile through out the night.
PRICING
The base service fee is $150, plus a per hour rate per child (see below).
A minimum of 2 caregivers, regardless of the # of children, will be attending.
Final number of childcare providers needed will very upon #/ages of children.
Entertainment, goody bags and dinner services available upon request.

Parents will be required to sign in/out their child during the start of service. If another adult will be picking up the child at the end of the night, their name, address, and phone number must be given during time of the sign-in. No other adult is allowed to pick up a child without
the written consent on the parent who signed the child in.
TEXTING / FACETIME / SERVICE I $45/hr
Your caregiver will be accessible via texting or facetime throughout the evening. One week before the event, parents will discuss each child's specific needs and set up texting and facetime connections. At the event, an additional attendant will be needed, as not not interfere with the needs of the children (ie. tending to parental needs, escorting back and forth from ballroom to room). Nothing better than peice of mind you can see with your own eyes. We'll provide the extra pair of hands, so all your guests will enjoy.
